Shipping & Returns
1. Shipping
We currently fulfill Case&i orders to selected regions. Available destinations and any shipping fees are communicated individually during the order confirmation process.
- Processing time: typically 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery time: depends on destination and carrier.
- For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.
2. Returns
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@xxkit.com.
- Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as our email confirmation) is required.
- Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless due to our error.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we may offer a replacement or refund.
4. Warranty
Selected Case&i products may include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or misuse.
